Job Description

We're seeking a proactive and organized professional to join our team as a Marketing and Operations Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving our visibility and impact.

You will collaborate with our team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support brand growth and lead generation. This includes co-owning the deployment of newsletters, social posts, and campaigns across various channels. You will also be responsible for repurposing existing content into social and email assets, maintaining brand consistency across platforms, and tracking campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

In addition to your marketing responsibilities, you will work closely with our team to coordinate content scheduling and deployment across channels. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
