**Sales Development Representative Role Summary**The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, scheduling meetings with target B2B clients, and following up on warm lead lists. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team and contribute to the success of our organization.**Job Description:**We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with target B2B clients. You will also follow up on a warm lead list of over 5,400 contacts and build personalized follow-up sequences in the CRM. Additionally, you will collaborate with the founder to test and refine outreach messaging, keep accurate records of activity, outcomes, and insights, and consistently hit weekly activity and booking goals.**Required Skills and Qualifications:**To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required;
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred;
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, ideally in a B2B, U.S.-facing market;
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection handling;
  • Strong English communication skills - both spoken and written;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales engagement tools;
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and high accountability;
