
Remote Client Advocate

As a Client Advocate, you will provide critical support to individuals across all stages of treatment. Your role involves coordinating care services, ensuring efficient delivery and documentation, and fostering strong relationships with clients, families, internal teams, and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities:- You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned outpatient clients and their families, addressing non-clinical needs and enhancing treatment outcomes.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual therapy and psychiatric appointments, maintaining proactive communication with providers and clients to ensure accurate scheduling and attendance.
- Document all appointments and manage calendars effectively, tracking no-shows, cancelations, and reschedules, and notify relevant parties accordingly.
- Maintain ongoing communication and documentation regarding care coordination efforts, referrals, and community partnerships, escalating urgent or critical issues to senior leadership immediately.
- Utilize electronic systems to track and report client-related activities, upholding professional ethics and confidentiality standards in all communications and records.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, social services, or case management is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office is necessary.
- The ability to work from a secure remote location with reliable high-speed internet is also required.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with adolescents and families is an asset.
- Familiarity with Medicaid, state behavioral health systems, and community-based services in Arizona is beneficial.
