Job Title: E-commerce Order Coordinator

As an E-commerce Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Process customer orders, purchase products from selected suppliers, and fulfill buyers' orders efficiently.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure product availability at all times.
  • Maintain and update product pricing to optimize profit margins and stay competitive in the market.
  • Search and list profitable products based on market demand, competition analysis, and supplier partnerships.
  • Track, update, and organize order records using Excel and internal tools, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers regarding any issues or concerns that may arise during the order process.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing orders, inventory, and customer relationships.
  • Strong skills in Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of dropshipping operations, supplier management, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to analyze and maintain accurate data on product profitability, pricing, and stock management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in order management and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Knowledge of automation tools or programs used for dropshipping and order management.
