Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplaces to optimize product listings, pricing, and content updates.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels.
  • Coordinate domestic and international orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels, generate replenishment reports, and support supply chain forecasting.
  • Collaborate on website development and provide technical support for presentations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and order management/finance systems (e.g., DEAR, StarShipit, Xero).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights.
