E-Commerce Specialist

TalentPop App is looking for a skilled E-Commerce Specialist to support our online store by optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Enhance product descriptions across all listings for clarity and conversion.
- Regularly review the website for errors or outdated information and implement corrections promptly.
- Monitor and manage product inventory levels to prevent stock issues and maintain optimal supply chains.
- Respond to customer reviews to foster brand trust and engagement.
- Update visual content including website banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.
- Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
- At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or related role.
- Proficiency with e-commerce tools.
- Highly organized and self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps speed.
- A personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
