Job Title

As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing application support to our clients. This includes investigating and resolving technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with .NET Framework 3.5 and above, as well as strong knowledge of software implementation best practices. Experience with client and server-side web service integrations using SOAP and REST is also desirable.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
