We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our leadership teams. This role offers many opportunities for growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, including answering emails and phone calls.
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Create content to post on the company's Social Media Channels.
- Prepare presentations according to instructions given.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong work ethic.
- Attentive to detail.
- Prior administrative experience is recommended but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
