Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound Zoom calls to manage leads and ensure each prospect is heard and understood.
- Identify client pain points and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Confidently present solutions, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreements to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients for long-term success and referrals.
Requirements:
- Actual first-hand experience having lived in Australia or New Zealand is preferred.
- Proven track record in a B2B sales role, ideally within professional services or the trades/industrial sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly in video conferencing settings.
- Demonstrated ability to ask discovery questions, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Comfortable working 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST with some flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
- Experience using CRM software and video conferencing tools is preferred.
- Strong commissions and inbound leads.
- Must have proven experience in sales and leverage their deep understanding of the Australian market and culture to establish strong connections with our diverse customer base.
