Job Title: Associate Linux Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled professional to provide technical support to employees and customers worldwide.

The ideal candidate will handle new cases via telephone, email, and web, acting as an internal customer advocate and ensuring timely updates. You will be accountable for delivering outstanding technical support experiences across cloud, desktop, and IoT, owning and managing your cases from problem qualification to full resolution.

You will also contribute new knowledge base articles and maintain existing ones, sharing knowledge and lessons learned with customers. Additionally, you will draft and distribute technical notices for internal and external communication, prioritize tasks, and keep up-to-date with product and service developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to global clients and teams.
  • Manage new cases using multiple communication channels.
  • Ensure timely case resolution and maintain high-quality customer experience.
  • Develop and share knowledge base content to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in Linux troubleshooting, including log collection and debugging.
  • Knowledge of server administration, programming fundamentals, networking, and virtualization concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
