We are seeking an experienced Support Services Team Lead to lead and inspire our support team in delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely resolution of customer support tickets and clear communication with customers.
- Manage escalations, monitor performance, and foster a culture of collaboration among team members.
- Administer and optimize Salesforce, including training, reporting, and automation.
- Resolve complex challenges and improve processes across departments.
- 8+ years of production environment experience.
- 5+ years of SQL and team leadership experience.
- Strong background in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
- Cloud systems experience (networking, storage).
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
