As an HR Operations professional, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our global organization.

About the Role
  • This position involves addressing employee inquiries and providing transactional services via various channels with excellent communication skills.
  • You will support managers and employees with policy and navigation inquiries, transactions such as employee data changes, job updates, promotions, demotions, salary adjustments, performance management, learning opportunities, severance, tax inquiries, exit processes, and leave of absence on Workday.
  • Your key responsibilities will include creating or referring to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) for completing employee transactions.
  • You will collaborate with onshore partners to gain training on all employee queries.
  • Additionally, you will establish a repository for out-of-scope queries and receive training to shift left these into Tier 1. You will transfer relevant transactions to designated leads or onshore counterparts according to defined processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least one year of experience in an HR Helpdesk role, delivering services, preferably from a shared service center environment.
  • Familiarity with HR ATS and workflow systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, BambooHR, etc.)
  • Open to working US shifts
