Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the CEO's schedule, email, and priorities to guarantee focus on impactful projects.
  2. Support social media presence through content research, industry analysis, and early drafting using AI tools.
  3. Facilitate speaking engagements and respond to inquiries via the company website.
  4. Act as primary liaison to board members and shareholders by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely communication.
  5. Coordinate corporate planning sessions, drive special projects, and manage EOS implementation.
  6. Explore AI applications to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and team performance.
  7. Plan and execute significant company events, manage client appreciation initiatives, and create company communications.
Qualifications
  1. DOXA high performer with at least 12 months of experience and an exceptional track record.

  3. Strong working knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System and ability to facilitate leadership meetings.

  6. Able to juggle priorities and keep projects on track without dropping details.
