
HR Process Specialist

The People Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
This individual will work closely with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone. This includes providing support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service, and considering how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling.
- Manage employee data in Rippling, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Own the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Keep the People Ops playbook up to date with documented processes and links.
- Manage Lattice administration including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, and Impact Conversations via 'Updates'.
- Report on people initiatives as required, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, and Impact Conversations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
