Position Summary

The Talent & OD Executive will drive initiatives focused on talent acquisition, organizational development, and capability-building. These efforts must align with global standards and meet local business needs.

A Day in the Life of an Organizational Development Executive
  • Partner with factory leadership to identify talent needs and develop strategies for attracting and retaining the right professionals.
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline for critical roles.
  • Develop programs reinforcing the organization's culture, values, and leadership principles at the factory level.
  • Implement change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate learning and development programs to enhance people manager effectiveness and technical skills.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the factory workforce.
  • Lead engagement activities to strengthen employee experience and foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure competitive and relevant benefits for factory employees.
What Will Make You Successful
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
