Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a key member of our recruitment team, responsible for identifying and attracting top talent across various industries. This role involves developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify top candidates.

This includes leveraging advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, social media recruiting, networking, and direct outreach to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategic sourcing, market intelligence, and relationship-building to support our clients' diverse talent acquisition needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing with significant experience in the US and Latin America markets.
  2. Proficiency in HR technology systems such as JazzHR, Workday, Jobvite, or other ATS.
  3. Experience working in an RPO or staffing agency environment is highly desirable.
  4. Strong sourcing skills, including expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
