Business Operations Role

This is a key position within our organization that requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage various processes.

The operations specialist will play a vital role in building and supporting a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.

You will be responsible for managing candidate communications, sending out offers, coordinating onboarding events, and ensuring all necessary accounts and training are properly set up.

As an operations specialist, you will work closely with senior management, gain insight into how our organization operates, and over time, take on broader responsibilities as we continue to grow and evolve.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Candidate and New Hire Communications: Manage communications with candidates in the hiring pipeline, including responding to questions, sending batch updates, and ensuring timely responses throughout the process.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires: send offer letters, track signatures, coordinate start dates, provision accounts, schedule onboarding events, and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed.
  • Point of Contact for New Hires: Serve as the primary contact for new employees during the hiring and onboarding process, addressing questions and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Process Improvement & Systems: Support the development and maintenance of systems and processes that streamline hiring and onboarding (e.g., applicant tracking, workflow enhancements).
  • Team Monitoring & Support: Assist in tracking and analyzing team performance, flagging issues, and helping management address challenges.
  • Operational Flexibility: Take on additional operational and administrative responsibilities as needed, with the potential to expand into broader or more strategic roles as the organization grows.
