Unlock Growth Opportunities as a Strategic Accounts Manager
- Develop and execute sales plans & strategies to drive incremental revenue from existing customers.
- Position the company effectively to win additional revenue from existing customers through strategic business expansion and renewals.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver committed results for our customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive company success.
- Stay abreast of latest HR Tech trends and engage in solutioning client's HR technology needs.
- Be a leader at industry events/conferences by actively networking and evangelizing the company value proposition.
- Be a trusted advisor to customer CXOs and define Human Capital roadmap for the organization.
- Minimum of 8 Years of Experience in sales, preferably on SaaS or enterprise sales.
- Have worked in People Advisory or Solution-oriented consulting roles.
- Comfortable with flexible work timings and travel.
- Proven ability to understand customer pain points and propose solutions.
- Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
