Lead Business Development Manager

The Lead Business Development Manager is responsible for managing a team of business development managers and clients in accordance with the company's goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manages a team of business development managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Develops and implements strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivates strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Identifies new business opportunities and develops proposals to secure new deals.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development and leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with a background in financial services or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of investments, securities, and financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Relationship Managers, CSOs and MAs in accordance with the goals assigned to its team.
  2. Ensure adherence to account agreements, investment guidelines, special instructions, internal policies and procedures, and existing banking circulars and trust rules and regulations.
  3. Undertake periodic visits to high net-worth individuals to maintain, build, and strengthen relationships.
  4. Provide investment advice and recommendation.
  5. Address and resolve client concerns and inquiries.
