Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence professional to join our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and performance management. They will be able to extract complex information from large datasets and communicate their findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain sales KPIs reporting to executive management, ensuring accuracy and precision in all reports provided.
  • Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to enable effective and efficient operations of Global Sales functions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Strategy teams to provide insights to improve commercial strategies by building, tracking, and evaluating sales funnel metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes by implementing performance monitoring capabilities, investigating processes, and developing clear action plans to deliver against strategic results.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (DAX functions).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and data, preferably Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of productivity or workflow tools (such as Power Automate or Power Apps) is an advantage.
  • Cross-functional skills – capable of building a strong network and interacting with stakeholders across organizational structures.
  • Communicate fluently in English - verbally as well as in writing.
