Job Summary:
  • This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth online sales performance.

E-Commerce Platform Management: Our ideal candidate will manage and maintain our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and optimize product listings, including product information, pricing, and availability.
  2. Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for improving customer engagement and conversion rates.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with finance and bookkeeping teams to ensure accurate sales, expense, and revenue records.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of Shopify and Amazon platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
