Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to handle the accounts payable operations for real estate management. This role involves managing expenses related to property management, processing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate records of financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in AppFolio or similar accounting software, as well as previous experience in accounts payable, preferably in a real estate or property management environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable operations for real estate properties.
  • Enter purchase orders, invoices, and process payments in a timely manner.
  • Match purchase orders with invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare payments for approval and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Update vendor information and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties' accounts payable simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate accounting practices, including property-level financial reporting.
