Accounts Payable Specialist for Real Estate Management

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee accounts payable operations specific to real estate management.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing vendor payments, property-level financial transactions, and expense reports.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be proficient in entering purchase orders, invoices, and vendor information accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include matching purchase orders with invoices, preparing payments for approval, and following up with vendors on service orders and contracts.

The selected candidate will manage multiple properties' accounts payable simultaneously and perform special projects related to property management.

Requirements:
  • Experience in AppFolio or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
  • A background in accounts payable, preferably in a real estate or property management environment, is essential.
  • Familiarity with real estate accounting practices and property-level financial reporting is necessary.
