Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving innovation and delivering business outcomes across the Asia Pacific region.

This role involves overseeing and driving the technical aspects of regional digital products, projects, and initiatives. You will work closely with various teams to understand end-to-end business processes and ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop technical requirements and deliverables for regional digital platforms
  • Collaborate with Agile Build teams and Dev teams to create, test, and validate technical requirements
  • Design technical flow diagrams and UI mock-ups
  • Document and maintain knowledge of regional digital platforms
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience working with modern Software Development Lifecycles
  • Proven experience with technical requirements, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
  • Understanding of API's, data flows, and mappings/transformations
  • Experience with web technologies, frameworks, and design
