This is a remote General Virtual Assistant role that involves supporting the development and growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.

Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to our team, including email management, calendar scheduling, data entry, and other tasks as required.
  2. Document Preparation: Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring they are well-researched, accurate, and visually appealing.
  3. File Management: Manage and organize files, contracts, and construction project documentation, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  4. Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients and partners, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  5. Research: Conduct research on vendors, suppliers, and market trends relevant to the construction industry, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices.
  6. Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams to track deliverables and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  7. Financial Tasks: Process invoices, expense reports, and assist in bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring financial compliance.
  8. Recruitment Support: Support recruitment and onboarding processes for construction staff, contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction industry is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
