Construction Project Management Opportunity

This role involves close collaboration with senior project management to ensure the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include planning and coordination, schedule development and tracking, budget monitoring, permit procurement, and progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior project managers on Procore platform
  • Contribute to project planning and coordination from start to finish
  • Develop and track project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
  • Procure necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
  • Support bid coordination and estimating activities
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (desired)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in construction project management or related field
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Procore
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
