Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in our healthcare account.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively interact with customers via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver quality results.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in using computers and software applications, including CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
