We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in our healthcare account.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively interact with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver quality results.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns and providing empathetic responses.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using computers and software applications, including CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
