Customer Service Representative - Digital Support

Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Digital Support

The primary function of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, providing empathetic and personalized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues resolved and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide updates on status.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications.
Candidate Profile:


• High school diploma or equivalent required; three to six months of relevant experience preferred.


• Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.


• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.


• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with productivity software.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
