Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Digital Support
The primary function of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, providing empathetic and personalized solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues resolved and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide updates on status.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with productivity software.
