The Legal Officer role is a vital position within our organization, responsible for providing legal support and services to various departments.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Legal Officer. As a key member of the legal department, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and other agreements with clients and external parties.
  • Conducting legal research and providing advice on legal matters.
  • Representing the business in administrative, labor, and litigation proceedings.
  • Collaborating with other departments to investigate and resolve risk and compliance issues.
  • Providing general corporate housekeeping services to the business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bar Passer.
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification legal experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor, litigation, commercial law, and data privacy.
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
