Key Responsibilities:
">- Ensure contracts are clear, concise and legally binding.
- Monitor contract performance to guarantee all parties meet their obligations.
- Promptly resolve contract disputes and issues.
- Effectively manage project costs within approved budgets.
- Provide expert guidance on financial and contractual matters.
- Submit timely financial reports as required by regulatory bodies.
Education Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, business or a related field is mandatory.
- Postgraduate studies in a relevant field may be advantageous.
Experience Necessary:
">- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience is required.
- No less than 10 years of experience as a Contract and/or Financial Management Specialist.
- No less than 7 years of experience handling international financing projects using FIDIC Contracts.
