We are seeking a skilled corporate legal professional to oversee all aspects of our company's legal dealings, partnerships and projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions comply with state laws and regulations while minimizing potential legal risks and violations.
Key Responsibilities:- To prepare accurate and timely legal documents for court proceedings.
- Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Represent the company in legal matters.
- Develop and implement policies on legal matters.
- Protect the company against potential legal risks and violations.
- Examine the legal implications of new products and services.
- Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
- Provide guidance to management on regulatory and compliance issues.
- Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
- Preliminary Registration Certificate (PRC) as an attorney.
- At least 1-3 years experience as a paralegal.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
