Senior Corporate Attorney Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior corporate attorney to advise our company on legal matters related to business structures, ventures, and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance on legal obligations, rights, and responsibilities, as well as ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research and anticipate potential legal issues that could impact the company.
  • Evaluate advertising and marketing materials for adherence to legal requirements.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs for employees on legal topics and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company in court proceedings or before government agencies.

Requirements:

  • Law degree from an accredited university and successful bar exam completion.
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate law, specifically labor law expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with proficiency in both legal and financial/commercial aspects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with financial management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Superior organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
