The role of Corporate Legal Expert is a critical component in the management of Intellectual Property portfolio and cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage global legal practice areas based on specific assignments and projects.

This position will also handle digital and privacy matters, as assigned by the General Counsel.

Additionally, the Corporate Legal Expert will oversee a range of legal requirements for brands and support functions within the company, encompassing intellectual property, digital, and privacy matters.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that the company's legal obligations are met, and its reputation is protected.

As a Corporate Legal Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on legal matters, drafting contracts, and negotiating agreements with external parties.

You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all legal aspects are considered when making business decisions.

Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will be involved in managing the company's litigation and dispute resolution processes, including representing the company in court proceedings if necessary.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the company remains compliant at all times.

Requirements:
  • LLB or LLM degree in Law
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
