Global Technical Support Professional

Deliver exceptional technical support services to clients worldwide, leveraging expertise in cutting-edge technologies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24/7 remote technical assistance via phone, email, or chat, communicating effectively with design and manufacturing teams.
  • Offer on-site support at customer locations when required, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions.
  • Utilize advanced debugging tools and lab research to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Work in collaboration with Quality Assurance, Design, Product Management, and Training teams to gather feedback and improve processes.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) with 3-6 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Deep knowledge of SONET/SDH ring transmission equipment, DWDM/OTN technology, and Carrier Ethernet enterprise equipment.
  • Familiarity with fiber optic transport and/or switching equipment.
