Workforce Management Specialist

To drive business performance, we seek a seasoned Workforce Management Specialist to oversee our workforce and optimize staffing levels across sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Staffing Optimization: Ensure optimal staffing levels by managing volume and workload distribution across sites, including schedule adjustments and leave allocations.
  2. Service Level Monitoring: Develop and maintain accurate reports on Service Level performance, such as Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) reports, Turnaround Time (TAT) monitoring, and queue management.
  3. Workload Prioritization: Communicate workload prioritization and distribution strategies to leaders and staff, providing regular updates on service and staffing conditions.
  4. Cross-Training: Collaborate with the training team to recommend cross-training and identify best practices to optimize department efficiency and technology use.
  5. Service Level Improvement Plans: Design and implement Service Level Improvement Plans, including adjustments to staffing and input schedule changes accurately into systems, along with handling ad hoc requests and tasks to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
Requirements:
  1. Scheduling Experience: Must have prior scheduling experience.
  2. WFM Expertise: Experience with back-office Workforce Management (WFM) is highly desirable.
  3. Business Acumen: Good understanding of core Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) metrics and operations.

  4. Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to change, demonstrating professionalism and a strong team player mentality.
  5. Self-Directed: Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
