Key Responsibilities
  • Select suitable staff for each assignment by collaborating closely with assigned customers across various events and campaigns.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train promotional staff via phone and email communication.
  • Book and manage chosen promotional staff for nationwide assignments.
  • Evaluate, record, and process promotional staff after completion of each assignment.
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients and talent.
Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred for this position.
  • Ideal 2-5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, marketing, communications, or event staffing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Effective communication over phone and email.
  • Reliable, determined, and self-motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Open availability is required; standard office hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm Eastern Time, with follow-up outside office hours as needed.
