Workforce Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Manager to oversee workforce planning and ensure optimal staffing levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to senior leadership.

  • Track account churn and work with leadership to secure timely replacements.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information, including organisational charts and reporting lines.
Deliverables:
  • Daily workforce health updates.
  • Weekly absenteeism and attrition reports.
  • Bi-weekly client run rate churn reports.
  • Monthly WFM metrics analysis.
