Global Payments Specialist

A high-performing Global Payments Specialist is needed to lead the management of cross-border payments and bank transfers. This role involves overseeing international payment operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple banking networks.

This professional will work closely with various teams to drive smooth financial operations in a dynamic environment.

  • Oversee end-to-end processing of cross-border and multi-currency payments and bank transfers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international banks and payment service providers.
  • Evaluate adherence to local and international financial regulations.
  • Reconcile accounts and generate detailed reports on payment activities.
  • Streamline payment workflows and optimize transaction costs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial planning and audit processes.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing cross-country payments or similar financial operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in international banking systems and multi-currency payment processing.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks governing cross-border payments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required, with Arabic being beneficial.
