Job Title: Commercial and Transactions Manager, Projects

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage joint venture and/or partnership transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), deal structuring, valuation, and business case analysis for our greenfield renewable energy projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee commercial transactions, develop financial models, and negotiate agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workstreams involved in joint venture/partnership, investments, or acquisitions, including deal structuring, due diligence, transaction documentation, project finance, and equity sell-downs/divestments processes.
  • Develop and manage financial models and project assumptions; support negotiations and drafting of agreements/contracts.
  • Manage engagement and negotiations with potential off-takers regarding power purchase agreements (PPAs) and oversee competitive bidding processes.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, analysis, internal memos/papers for senior management/governance bodies.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 10 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, financial advisory, and infrastructure investments (power sector preferred).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or relevant fields.
  • Proficient financial modeling skills with ability to build complex/high-quality/error-free financial models; CFA is a plus.
