A Strategic Global Payments Professional is required to oversee and optimize our international payment operations.

Responsibilities:
  • International Payment Processing: End-to-end management of cross-border payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
  • Banking Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international banks and payment service providers for seamless transactions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local and international financial regulations, monitoring compliance standards, and implementing best practices in cross-border payments.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconciling accounts, monitoring transaction discrepancies, and generating detailed reports on payment activities.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline payment workflows, optimize transaction costs, and enhance operational efficiency through modern payment technologies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with internal stakeholders to support financial planning, budgeting, and audit processes related to international transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing multi-country payments, bank transfers, or similar financial operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of international banking systems, multi-currency payment processing, and financial reconciliation software.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments.
  • Analytical Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
