We are seeking an experienced and skilled financial transaction manager to oversee the processing of vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and appropriateness.
  2. Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies that arise.
  3. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  4. Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting processes by providing data and insights to inform business decisions.
  5. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Support the implementation and maintenance of accounts payable systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to relevant documents and information.
  8. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required to meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounts payable processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
