Agile Transformation Lead

Our client is seeking a seasoned Agile transformation lead to drive change and improvement within their healthcare technology projects.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies, guiding teams to effectively apply Agile principles, and collaborating with stakeholders to remove impediments.

  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in a Scrum framework.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its technology landscape.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting team progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. You will also foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams and act as a mentor and coach to team members on Agile methodologies.
