Senior Technology Manager for Asia

We are seeking a Senior Technology Manager to lead our technology operations in Manila. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale technology projects, developing and implementing technology strategies, and leading high-performing teams.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the company's global objectives and standards.
  • Technology Management: Manage a team of technology professionals, including engineers, developers, and project managers.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Risk Management: Oversee risk management activities, including identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of technology staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology management, including leadership and project management roles.
  • Proven track record of successful technology project delivery.
  • Strong technical skills, including programming languages, software development methodologies, and database management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
