Join our team and start your journey today BASIC FUNCTIONIn alignment with the business unit, the core responsibilities of the project manager are to achieve sustainable business results through managing scope, time, and cost of assigned projects.

The scope of these projects will support our vision to be a leading sustainability company. Through the management of these projects, the project leader is expected to align with project management best practices. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESPlanning support:Adhere to commitments of scope, time and cost to support all stakeholders

Drive effective communication across the business unit and partners

Identify risks and mitigation strategies

Ensure resources are appropriately assigned

Understand the project scope and goals in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders

Follow up and assure the project plan and timelines are completed on time

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with BU owners and vendors

Enable communication and coordination between Business Units and vendors

Team Leadership:Influence and manage project teams

Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities

Provide guidance and support to team members and vendors

Monitor individual performance and address issues

Monitoring Execution:Track project progress against the plan

Identify and address project stop blockers

Manage changes to project scope and requirements

Update project status reports and communicate to stakeholders

Compliance and regulations knowledge:Stay up to date on EPR regulations and standards, supporting the BU in the main requirements. Knowledge in PEC programs (e.g. RoHS, REACH, POPs, PFAS, Conflict Minerals etc). EDUCATION / LANGUAGEBachelor's degree in environmental science, Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any other related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP)Fluent in written and spoken EnglishREQUIRED SKILLSResults oriented: Focus on desired results. Meet with the different teams to develop an understanding of the project goals and desired outcomes.Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels

Leadership abilities: Inspire and influence teams to achieve project goals
