Lead Design Visionary

We seek a senior designer to lead our design team, shaping the direction of healthcare technology innovation. This role is pivotal in driving excellence, fostering collaboration, and pushing boundaries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performance team of designers.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with company mission and product goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence from concept to launch.
  • Advocating for user-centered design principles and practices to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Conducting and applying user research to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Overseeing the design process to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in design leadership roles with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver outstanding digital products.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design, visual design, and a deep understanding of design principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills capable of inspiring a team and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in healthcare technology is highly desirable with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in designing for healthcare.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
