Project Leadership Role

The primary objective of this senior project management position is to spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects focusing on eClinical technologies with a strong emphasis on eCOA systems.

This involves leading cross-functional teams, aligning with regulatory standards, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones across device provisioning, data integration, and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, Client and Vendor to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, regulatory, and IT support. Tag and onboard team members for time tracking and task ownership.
  • Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and clients, including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
