We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Strategist to join our team at KMC Solutions. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

About the Role

As a Digital Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive growth and brand visibility. Your expertise in social media platforms, content creation, and data analysis will help us stay ahead of the curve and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting compelling content for multiple platforms, including social media, website, email marketing, product description, video, and blog.
  • Creating different strategies and campaigns for each assigned customer's social content and/or campaign objectives.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success Managers (CSM) to deliver content based on specific clients' KPIs and expectations.
  • Monitoring social media trends, platforms, and best practices to stay up-to-date and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service experience with a minimum of three to five years of customer-facing interaction required.
  • Excellent English writing skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills, along with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently after completing our extensive employee onboarding process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus while executing tasks in a productive and consistent manner.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and industry trends.
  • A proven track record of developing social content strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent storytelling, presenting, and communication skills, with webinar and/or speaker experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva preferred.
  • A university degree in communications, English, marketing, business, journalism, public relations, or a related field required.
