Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Customer and Sales Support agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance standards
  • Monitor daily workflow and ensure procedures are followed
  • Stay up-to-date with business development and new product lines

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma: Minimum requirement
  • Experience in a Call Center: 2-5 years of experience is required
  • Leadership or Supervisory Experience: Previous leadership experience is highly preferred
