Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Customer and Sales Support agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance standards
- Monitor daily workflow and ensure procedures are followed
- Stay up-to-date with business development and new product lines
Requirements:
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement
- Experience in a Call Center: 2-5 years of experience is required
- Leadership or Supervisory Experience: Previous leadership experience is highly preferred
