Senior Call Center Supervisor

We are seeking a Senior Call Center Supervisor to join our team at Optum. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to our call center team, ensuring that they are equipped to handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
Key responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, setting priorities, and identifying operational problems. The ideal candidate will have BPO/Call Center Supervisor experience and be proficient in using MS applications.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
- Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment.
- Provide coaching, feedback and annual performance reviews as well as formal corrective action.
- Completed 2 years in college
- Healthcare experience
- Client interaction
- Proficient in using MS applications
- With NPS, FCR, and coaching experience
