Financial Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Professional to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field, with strong proficiency in QuickBooks and experience working within the Bill.com platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and up-to-date financial records using knowledge of depreciation models and accounting principles.
  • Conduct general bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and tracking expenses.
  • Assist with financial audits and prepare necessary documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Experience working within the Bill.com platform.
  • Strong understanding of general bookkeeping, depreciation models, reconciliation, and accounting principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in data analysis and performing cost-benefit analysis.
